So, I had saved up free platinum and bought the lvl 41 thing for my rouge, but I don't know how to spend by Base Stat Points or Skill Points!!!
Can anyone help me?
I have 240 Base stat points to use and 40 skill points to use! Ty for advice!

OK so now
Points in pure dexterity
Skills
Aimed 5/5
Noxious 5/5 or 4/5 if you don't like aoe
Shadow Pierce 1/5 without anything
2/5 with heal or 3/5 with heal and hit 3 targets ( 3/5 is useful in tombs like wt or km for better aoe)
And here fourth and fifth skill.
Its usually you choose but i can suggest
I use medic cause i PvP sometimes and razor ( pve ,pvp)
If medic then 5/5 (4/5 skip trauma if not enough points)
Razor 3/5 with duration and freedom
If you like Dodge then upgrade it 4/5 with dodge, bleed is useless.
If bomb then 4/5 without combustion decay.
If trap then upgrade without 20% to skip cool down ( something like that) trap CD is fast enough.
If shadow storm shot... No... Just no
it work but other skills work better.
Passives
Agility might knowledge critical and i use durable too.
5th skills will be nice.
Example aimed nox and shadow pierce for pure use. Trap for mobs, tombs. Bomb for arena , bosses :)
