My robes are gone!!!

I was moving my items from char by using the stash and all my level 50 robes were gone my shadow and cosmo robes were both gone i cant find them in either character and they are not in the stash!!! What do i do?!!!

I lost a lvl 19 snipers auto xbow in stash- its not on any of my chars and i havnt deleted any in a while. Futumsh could you look in to it?
