Level 10 Twink Gear?

Was just wondering whats the best twink gear for a level 10 pure elf mage, I was thinking Toyman, with Ornament, but what helm and body?

I would either use an lvl 5 pink robe or a lvl 10 purple robe

there are lvl 10 purp robes? i only see lvl 13-14 purp robes.
