OK so the final prize fund is 527,000 (537k) gold. In fairness to those who paid different entry fees, Winners will get their entry fee returned first and then pot will be split in a 5:2:05 ratio

2nd - post#49 - Cjackyo - 122k + 50k fee returned - 15 platinum

Ok folks.

We have DanielRH to thank for the concept.

He was one of the first GoA's I ever met in game and he was disguised as Burke the Blacksmith, GoA shield in hand.

So here's the competition.

Post a picture of you, or anyone, standing directly next to any NPC, dressed identically(or as close as is possible as some aren't fully possible).
Also include the exact name of the Helm, Weapon, Armor, Shield & (where possible) the face used.
Also post entry fee.
The entry fee is whatever you want (1 gold or more)
The winner will be picked by a member of STS... I haven't asked yet but i know they'll help out. If they don't then I'll ask DanielRH to be guest judge and maybe a few other GoA's.
Only one entry per forum ID
Only one entry per NPC
Closing date will be in three weeks time from this thread starting 22nd June.
The first posted complete entry for any NPC will be the only entry for that NPC - full NPC list here (http://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?18229-Pocket-Legends-Enemy-Boss-and-NPC-Compendium)
If you are reserving posts then you must state which NPC you are reserving for.

What a neat idea! I remember back in the old Forest Haven days I'd dress my low level bird mule the same as the bird NPC whose name I can't remember now (Siril??) and sit there next to him while watching the trade chat scroll by.

I wonder if the identical face requirement could be bypassed though. Some people may want to participate who can't afford the 5 plat to change their face for a contest.

I dont want to change the rules mid comp but can I suggest we cap first prize for the moment at 500k and then allow 2nd prize to come upto 200k and third say 50k.... once we have 650K in the pot then we just increase the splits equally using the same ratio 5 : 2 : 0.5

What do people think.?

Excuse me, but it is HIS gold. I'm pretty sure you don't have a say in what he does with it. Hate when people tell others how to spend their gold. Gear is expensive end game, he probably spent it on that, or even if he does still have it, why does it matter?
