Artisan, dex hallow hat, fbow, dmg+crit ring.
5 stomp, 1 cs, 2 sms, 6 rage.
Just juke and be friendly.

caz's is better if you learn from reading, fights is better if you're more of a visual learner, however IMO caz's goes more in depth in some parts (namely build)
