If u really want to get good at pvp use drainer equipment (dex), thats what i do on my level 51 bear. Or take arterras advise and level to 55

Depends what class, I dont do hell scream after becon. I like doing buffs, becon, sms, stomp

In PVP I'd Go beckon -- CB -- HS/Stomp (depending on the situation) -- HS/Stomp(whichever you didn't do). You should have them pinned on a tree/wall by now, and follow up with your slashes.
