level 10/12 twink

Not too sure where this is supposed to go but I thought why not here.

So is it possible at lvl 10 or 12 to be able to wear ANY str, dex, or int gear at that lvl? Let me give you an example as it may be kinda confusing:

I evenly split stats (eg 23/23/22)Then boost to be able to equip like a expert, buwanda staff, and snipers cap or somethin like that. Also if someone could post stats of the lvl 10 green fireblaster and what it does and the buwandas staff and what it does which would help a ton. Thanks for anyone that replies

At level 12 I was successfully able to, bean, you might've seen before I respec'd. It's not all that effective. When you're dex, pures will have the advantage. When you're int, well, it's just not as good. And when you're strength, you'll get kited to no end.

I'd suggest either pure dex(my #1 choice) or dual.

Okay, ill probably make a dex/int to be able to aoe kill with buwanda's staff, thanks for your fast response.
