Get cyber armour for the ring effect at the hands, and it also looks better with jet wings if you want to expose the armour. Sentinel talon looks better.. and yeah, all the other items choose sentinel, but you're probably going to cover up shield / helm with vanities so go for the cheaper helm / shield.
