Blood Ruby of Shuyal!

So I just lost my Blood Ruby of Shuyal which I bought after saving up a lot. I was tricked to trade it for a grand cake, which worths damn less than the ring, mine was grand glacial full.
So I wanted to know when does it's price rises and drops...I remember that I bought it much cheap, it's a lot now. How's that? The same question I want to know about lepre. Any help so I can buy it back?

The prices of items has been hiked due to hyperinflation caused by the medium cakes dropping 5K gold from AL birthday event.
I guess it needs a couple of days after the end of event for the prices to drop down.
