Which belt?

Hi I'm lvl 41 now and gonna stay at this lvl for sometime and was thinking if I should get belt of aptitude Or belt of potency
The aptitude belt gives me enough health to reach 4k hp and dmg around 470-480 range
The potency belt give me some health not reaching 3.950 hp but gives me more dmg like 500-510 dmg range
And I dont know which one to get more health or more dmg I do pvp and pve

Only mythic belt. No. Epic. Unless u can't afford

He's still lvl 41 and cannot use the mythic belt, which is lvl 43.
Regarding the choice between the 2 belts, i wouldn't normally sacrifice my survavibility but, in this specific case, i'd prefer to add 30 dmg at the cost of only 50 hp.
