It is my buddy necroreaper's toon's first birthday on PL so i would like to commemorate that achievement with a Toon Birthday Party, im not sure where it will be yet (im leaning towards oasis towne for sentimental reasons, any of you that have participated in my costume contests would understand) but i am thinking this party will be this coming Wednesday or next Saturday (he couldnt exactly remember when his toon was turning 1 but he did think it was some time in the next week or so).
