I've recently seen toxic trapping puddle in PVP/ what is it ?

I've seen a light green toxic puddle that seems to have bones and skulls in it in PVP. it traps and kills, Anyone know what weapon or pet does this ?

My mage sometimes has severe projectile diarrhea after consuming a large number of skeletons from KM3, it'll get abdominal cramps follow by projectile diarrhea..... or it's slobber's AA.
