how do YOU make gold?

I just farm plasma pyramid and crush the keeper. Anyone else have any good ideas? Im a level 48 so I can go to sewers. Also, is there anything to farm in shadow caves?

None of those places are in Blackstar and the game isn't out yet. No idea how you can make gold.

I like farming FH because you make some pretty good gold from the enemies. They're fast to defeat, so it's pretty quick to get gold. Plus there's still the chance of getting a recipe or rare drop and selling for a load of gold.
