Are the names of people like reserved for 1 or are there like anyone can get any name twice????

Anyone can get the same name, but their user identifiers (#1234) will be different
theoretically, the same name can be used for a total of 9999 people (usernames with #0000 are STS accounts)

That sucks i thought i was the only person called elite i got the name when premuim acc sign up was on

when i first logged in, i also was extremely happy to get the name i wanted lol
