I managed to rack up 26 but I am gutted trialpay didn't catch my incredible achievement.

I went into offers tab. I clicked on support then contact support. After they sent me a validation email, I clicked on the link which was invalid (i tried a couple of times sending renewed mails). I don't know what to do please help

Even my hard earnt 84 plat is missing.

I don't know why it says "undefined" after I hit 7. I assume its because I hit the 7th mark and simultaneously an ad pops up. I hit the mark before time ran out so I will force I have earnt my 84 platinum.

So in total - I am missing 140 platinum in my account. Trialpay support system is faulty please help me out..
