Crafting Rings!!!!

How about to craft the plat rings into a higher lvl and better one. Like gold rings => Titanium ring
E.g : Gold Ring=> lvl 20 dex 2 armor
After crafting => Titanium Ring => lvl 50 dex 10 armor
