what should my skills set be as a lvl 32 dex bird?

My skill right now is
1-0-3-6
0-0-6-6
1-3-6-0

Just cuz somebody suggested it to me, but idk if this is the best skill build for me right now what do you guys think? Also can you guys explain why I should use the skills that your suggesting? And people tell me to switch to str bird all the time for pvp, but I like being a dex bird. Thanks for helping =D

STR bird is amazing around you're level, but dex bird will pay off end game.

At level 32 you have 31 skill points, do I'd go:

For max mob damage:
6-0-0-6
0-0-6-1
6-0-0-6

For more boss damage:
6-0-0-6
0-0-6-6
6-0-0-1
