And what do you think will happen to a players AP's if this implemented? Better just make a new account or reset your account if your not satisfied with your PvP kdr much better.

Nah. If you have negative kdr, you can't blame anyone but youself. If you don't want to gain many pvp deaths, just stay away from there. Simple as it sounds.
