has the proc rate of planar pendant been nerfed?
did about 160+ elite wilds runs . . can only remember it proc once
are other players having the same issue?

Well i did also 50+ runs and planar planar proc once yeah. BTW planar of my friend proc like crazy haha. Idk why
Well planar proc when u take dmg... I did but ehh

My friends kept getting proc in pvp it looked so cool but forgot to take an ss of it :/
