why doesnt sts reply to any of my email

Ive messaged sts about my account (toxicwood) which I forgot the password becuz I need a new password.. I cant get a new password becuz my gmail is inactive so I cannot generate a new password...

just give them some time to reply you.. give them a few days or maybe weeks and they will eventually reply you

Ik its been two Weeks and still no reply and I hope they will help cuz I have my arcane ring and alot more valuable in that main account
