What class and what level will make it viable to kill EVENT bosses(only) alone?

What gear for the said class will I need?

Pets? arcane?

I am willing to spend about a million on gear and pets.

Please be fast as I need to spend my tokens fast, and delete character slots before event starts!!

I made a bunch of lvl 13 event rogues, they all share the same set of gear (poison potency armor and helm, potency amulet and ring). Nothing fancy but it's easy to solo event bosses, easier than my arcane ring/Nekro end-game rogue. I use Nilbog as their pet but any event gold tier pet would probably suffice?

L1 through L16, though i like the lower levels a bit better. Solo fastest on rogue but any class will work.
