I ordered a new iPad Pro a couple of weeks ago, and today I received it. It's a great device and could even be a laptop replacement for many people. The graphics are stunning and it loads web pages faster than my Macbook Pro.

Now for the bad news.... I tried playing AL on it, and the skill buttons are just too big -- even when you toggle their size to the smaller size in the settings. And I have rather large hands too.

Perhaps in the next AL client STS can add a third even smaller skill button size to the settings? I believe Samsung also makes a large tablet, so having more skill button size adjustments will help the game be playable on more devices.

The graphics are so smooth on the iPad Pro compared to my iPhone. You just see so much more detail when in town, the graphics really pop. Too bad I won't be able to play on it yet. Hopefully STS can add more options soon! :)

so . . was this post about the buttons size or how great your device is

There need to be some app renewal for sure. Immersive mode on android is missing too since long time ago, game looks crap compared to other games, not to mention navigation bar can burn-in in amoled screens.

They have implemented immersive mode in Call of Champions, so it is not about skill but will...

Both! I posted this as much for others to read as I did for the developers to read.

My main points were:

1) iPad Pro is an excellent device

2) You can't play AL on iPad Pro currently until STS adds a smaller skill size option

Can you post a SS of what the interface looks like on the iPAD PRO? I use a larger tablet as well (Nexus 9) and the button size was non-issue.

The interface is the same as on the smaller iPads. The difference is that your Nexus 9 has a 9 inch screen while the iPad Pro has a 12.9 inch screen. It's much larger.

This issue was fixed with the iOS 9.2 update released a couple of days ago. So I did the update as soon as I set up my iPad, and so far no problems.

When you compare to the regular sized 9.7 inch screen iPad Air, the pixel density is the same, except the iPad Air has a resolution of 2048 x 1536, while the iPad Pro has a resolution of 2732 x 2048. So basically, when you view in landscape mode, the iPad Pro has the same height as the width of the iPad Air. It's twice as large.

You must have huge hands to operate such a gigantic tablet. Lol.

Samsung's largest tablet is 9.7-10.5 inches in screen size.
Apple's iPad Pro is 12.9 inch screen.
Perhaps because iPad Pro is new, AL hasn't been optimized for it yet.

Actually, Samsung has a 12.2 inch tablet now:

So this change should also be implemented in the android version of AL.
