Friends list messed up between alts and

I've been playing AL alot more recently and sometimes when i switch between my alts, the friends list gets messed up.
For example, My Low level has 23 friends (Maybe more now) And my main has 171 friends, when i switch from my low level to my main, my main's friends list suddenly becomes my low level's. This also affects the guild page. Can someone explain or is this a bug?
