it gives lifesteal proc, very low. You cant even feel it hurts you.

It's most effective on toons that do dot and aoe Dmg... Mages fireball/curse/ice/wind/clock are dot/aoe skills also useful for rogues using nox, and tanks with windmill. But it's mainly a Mage gem tbh.

1.5% lifesteak for normal skull
2.5% for grand skull.

Is that per gem?
