Lvl 46 rogue items, skills, passives, pets

Well guys i am an old player, i played AL 2 years and left by personal reasons for 2 years and i came back few days ago.

I just want to know wich are the best items, skills, passives and peys for a pve ( normal and elite ) rogue lvl 46.

Doesn't matter if are legendary and mythic items, there's problems of are arcane items [emoji28] [emoji28] [emoji28] im not rich.

Right now im lvl 16, if u can tell me where is best place to lvl up ill be gratful. [emoji16] [emoji16] [emoji16] [emoji16]

Best skills for pve and lvling for you :)
Aimed shot 5/5
Nox bolt 5/5
Shadow pierce 3/5 with add heal and hit 3 targets and razor shield duration and freedom
Should work well
Best place for lvl up is watcher's tombs 3-4 you'll find in traveler outpost and kraag tombs 4 in city of kraag.
Passives but its for later
Might agility knowledge critical.
Best pets... Here is all about budget. I suggest get for lvling Horton, ribbit, Jack , Mccraw and when you get high lvl get leprechaun pendant and farm gold for more money
Leprechaun its an special mythic amulet which give you chance to loot better items ( common -> rare -> epic -> legendary)
Lvl up and save for , it will help you get money faster and buy better gear.

Good :) use it when boss is low Hp. Chance to get locked or items:)
