[need help] calling the attention of all pro mage

hi to all of you.. im level 46 now. i really love mage but im not a good user.. please share your ideas about BUILD (set and jewels to use), SKILLS, and TECHNIQUES/STRATEGIES.. so that i will not easily die on elite maps (elite rengol and shuyal maps).

Use the best pink gear (Forager of assaut and supreme hat of assault)
Use myth belt (brawn) I heard some ppl use Agility for high hp boost IMO its worthless.
As for the build Im too lazy to type all of the skills but ill give u passives: crit / might/ knowledge/Dexterity/ some ppl use armor its ur choice.
For skill map i use fire-clock-freeze-shield on mobs and switch clock with electric in bosses.
As for strategies.. its simple ur a mage not a tank stay away from mobs and dps them.
Oh nearly forgot abt weapon:
Use Boulder barrel of assault or unholy staff if u cant afford mythic.
If u can, get a Full eye or para lvl41myth or glint wisdom.
Ps: if someone asks for mana tell him to use pots :P.

I'm nott a pro but here is what I can say about skills:

1) elite maps(difficulty: hard): shield clock fire and ice. If you are too paper shield first and then head into mobs. Ice fire clock should be your DPS skill rotation.

2) elite maps(difficulty:medium): ice fire clock light(in that order)

3) elite maps(difficulty: easy): gale ice clock fire or light.

Use 3) for normal maps and tombs too.

Oo and shuyal! My favourite, would love to run a few elite shuyal!

Idk IMO means in my opinion .
Also everyone has a custom build they use as it suits thier playing style.
Gale is good ill respec soon and add it the 50% armor buff is OP
Edit: DPS means attacking i think >.>.

Fb is a must have for me.
Its really good in crowd control especially in tombs.

and i see some mage who got 30+ crits..

this is all i have now:
boulder assault
supreme assault
fora assault
brawn belt
arcane ring
wicked assault..

all are clean.. what jewels will i use?
how many minds, diamond, nature, chaos?

please answer..

u have arc ring it should be enough.
As for stats... can u post ur Stats Ss

here.. i only have 3 excel diamond, 1 excel nature, 1 fortified chaos..

my gears are:
boulder assault
forager assault
supreme assault
wicked amulet assault
arcane ring
brawn belt..

The lvl46 gives u stats but thier proc is just ... Errr

Gem all your gear, if you want to save gold get cracked minds or up and start slotting into items one by one.

Make sure all your slots are filled, then start building stronger jewels.

I started off with 3 weak minds and now I'm at 3 excellent, 5 fort minds and one noble and one superb lightning.

Get the wisdom gun the base damage is more important than any proc, you want to keep mobs under c&c and nott just spam your gun for awesome proc.

Also keep passives str int dex and crit maxed out no matter what.
ok.. so i will put mind jewels to all slots? no diamond? chaos? lightning or nature?

then, passive skills str, dex, int, crit.. uhmmm.. how about the passive damage?

pls share your build.. btw. my pet for now is only toor..

DPS = Damge per secound
IMO = In my optinion OR International Multiplayer Online
