Getting a little angry, no response from sts support

So...I've emailed sts support directly about missing jewels in my stash... no response...
I've emailed sts directly about a error in Plat purchase...no response...

Here is the new issue... yes I've emailed sts directly... but since there is no response from previous emails....

I replaced 4 regular fire gems in my bow and my armor, with 4 excellent finesse jewels. ..

So that would be +4 dex x 4
Upgrade to +6 dex x 4

So why have my Hp, Crit, Dam, DPS and Armor Stats decreased?

Previous stats before upgrade --> to excellent finesse
Str - 182 ---> 184
Hp - 5377 ----> 5352
Dex - 721 ----> 736
Bdam - 461% ----> 468%
Dodge - 55.08%----> 56.20%
Crit - 45.59%----> 45.00%
Dam - 1050.24---> 946.07
Int - 177 ----> 179
Mana - 2049 ----> 2069
DPS - 1181.52 ---> 1064.33
Armor - 2069 ----> 1889

Nothing has changed in my gear or setup except upgrading from 4 regular +4 Fire gems to 4, +6 Excellent Finesse gems

Some went up some went down ,I'm curious ( I'm sure you wouldn't have done this) by chance did you have an elixer ( 25% damage) active when you made change? Just curious.
