It'll arrive when it arrives.
Forums is the best place to look,
but if the mods/devs haven't posted the date, then we (forumers) most likely don't know either
My best guess is it'll arrive after Gauntlet 6 event

Not to worry! The winter event always comes out around the middle of the month. We're right on track. :)
