So you probably saw my last thread about how i accidently bougght snappy for 125tooth so i sent email to support five days ago and they replied :)
But they only took snappy back but i didnt got my tooth back even though Chad from support told me he refunded me so i sent email again hope they fix it again :)
Anyways ty

Ive had that happen when they said they reduced my characters level but they actually didn't.

Communication within StS is absurd, I understand they are human but it doesn't seem like they learn from there own mistakes.

Chad "Hey, can you make sure you remove the snappy egg and add back the 125 Teeth's.
(Unknown): Removes the Snappy egg but forgets to add the 125 teeth.
Chad doesn't check up "hey, did you make sure you did what I asked?"
Of course not this is what you call "Bad Communication"

it happend to me also and they gave me back tooths into 1 day , just patience about this :) they are humans also and can do mistakes
