Recently I made a new bandit char and currently he is level 13. I would like to know where can I farm recipes and Orchish bow.

Ever since the 6-5 patch, all dungeons drop them. It just takes a bit of luck.

I would add, more than just a bit, since i farm everday to no avail :(
