crafting problem

I was experimenting with crafting, so i bought all the items needed. (including recipe) to make a custom dagger.
But when i got it all, it didnt say combine at the bottom

Weapon level of dagger is 55 too?

Make sure everything is ticked off and check of there is a 2nd page to the component list.

So what was the problem?
