I know lot about moderating and administrating vBb. As suggestion to help everyone (members and staff) you could add email tag.
Explanation to forum administrators.
You can use censor system to change specified text input to another, (not just censor it). Then make example tags like "[emailus]", then set censor system to change this tag to text about support mailing information. It saves lot of times from everyone writing it again and again.
And then you could have "unlimited" number of usage for same system. Also make tags separate with "[]" so it won't get misused accidentally.
