I need help

Hello friends!! Im new in this forum so i exactly dont know where to post this thread.
So anyway, my problem is related to my account
My al account was connected with my Facebook id ...some how my fb got locked and now im unable to unlock it ...so i want to know that , is there any possible way to get my al acc back or it get transfer to any other email ?
Please i seriously want my acc back i had spend about 1 year on it i can't afford losing it please help i seriously want it back :(
