In game level up notifications

Wondered if the in game level up notifications could be enhanced.

At the moment, if a player in game levels up the character glows gold and a sound is heard. I would like to suggest an enhancement which would be the character name in the top left would also glow up gold and stay lit up for 10 seconds before fading. Sometimes it's difficult to see if your friend levelled as they are not in your screen, and this would help :-)

Yes, this would make a bigger congrats to the player that leveled up instead of just glowing for a short period of time. :)

:) Another idea would be it pops up on other players screens like the weapon drops in gold letters just like for the player who gets the level up :)
