Pocket Legends server down?

I just tried opening the app but it stucks at the screen 'Contacting Server...' and does not change at all. My broadband is fine (obv. as I am posting this :D)but it still won't go on. I've tried deleting then reinstalling the app but same thing occurs. Is anyone having this problem? Btw I live in London so is it only an area thats downed?:confused:
