guild?

I'm thinking about starting a merchants guild but i dont know where to start. i saw a thread explaining how to get one started and it said to make co-leaders so im looking for a fellow player who would help me with this, it also said the best guilds have websites so considering im not that good with computers i would also like to find someone who is to handle this issue.

Please help me out with this :D
