Pvp at lvl 43-44 bracket

does anyone pvp at this level? If yes. is it active? because im planning to level up and see if i can fit to this bracket :3 thanks

Only 4 guild in this bracket.....and not much pvp like twink or end game here...at least the gear not so xpnesive like end gear
