Send them a screenshot that you installed and ran the app, if its an offer such as the game of war one, you'd just screenshot the townshold 5.
For example: Hello, my ign in pocket legends is Writing and I haven't received my reward for installing and running the app "Hotels.com." Then after you say that you would just insert a screenshot that you have installed and ran the app.

Yea, they need the Advertising ID of the device ur using to play the game or the device you use to do the offer. If you're using Android just download the app "Device ID" or "The Identifiers" for Apple devices.
