Let me start out by saying I have a HTC evo. I woke up today to see that it had automatically downloaded a software update. I applied it, and googled to see what exactly it did. One of the things listed was "increased performance". So I fired up PL to see if I noticed any difference. Wow! I have never seen this game run so silky smooth before!
As I've posted before, in certain areas ( especially the shadow/mynas room of CTK), my game would crawl at literally like 3 or 4 frames a second. I went there after noticing the smoother performance, and it runs perfectly fine now, no choppiness or lag in the framerate at all!
I highly recommend anyone playing on an evo download the latest updates, if you haven't already. DRASTIC difference!
