hey fellow sts forumers, just curious which forum i'd ask to get tech support on a broken CD-DvD drive

i get eror code 19 in device manager, not sure how to fix w/o changing registry.

if someone could point me to a forum or in the right direction, i'd appreciate it

Probably the official site of whatever brand that CD/DVD drive is from.

aha.... time to try this, registry editing has always seemed daunting for me...

'scuse the double post, but rhuize that worked perfectly and w/ no drams changing the registry, now i dont need to pay someone to fix it, TYSM
