A good picture editor app for iPad for free?

If anyone knows a good picture editing app for the iPad please let me know! :)

I don't know if I'd call it good, but the Photoshop Mobile app has a decent number of effects, and standard stuff like crop, rotate, etc. I use it mainly because it syncs with the website, which I like.
