I have just recently lost my guardians helmet from being in the game so long. What happened was I had made a low lvl character and given him the helmet. I then needed more space for new characters and deleted him and then of course when that happened my helmet went with him. So could I get some help and maybe get my helmet back I'll be alot more careful this time.

Email support(at)spacetimestudios.com and ask them to restore your character. Give them the name and make sure you have at least one character slot open.

Let this be a lesson learned, always double check what is in a characters inventory before deleting them! :)
