Purchase Problem

Yesterday I have purchase total 2400 platinum (800 x 3 times),but finial I just only can get 1600 platinum (800x2 times),I have recived the payment from itune store sent me,and I pay it all ( 800 x 3times) already,so how can I get back my 800p ? Please help! Also i have sent email to support@spacetimestudio.com the request ticket is #2789 /#2857 and still waiting reply so pls follow it,Thanks!

All you can do is wait for the reply. Posting here will probably get you some suggestions but it's better to just wait for STS to respond.
