Deciding Levels For PvP

I was not sure to either place this message in suggestions or PvP feedback; however my proposal is to be able to situate a maximum and minimum level requirement for PvP in hosting a game. This would benefit generally for players who love to Twink, or if Players like to vs. players at the identical level.
