as we can see, sts use the old stat distribution for belts, where critical types get less secondary attribute than damage one, and some version (lethality) got a lot less primary attribute than other belts...
idk if it's intended or not, but with this, there is clearly a type which is better than the others, and lethality type clearly the worst
the new stat distribution which is given to padded/scavenger sets, supreme/forager (and new event gears) sets is great, giving people many options, and for the first time, lethality/riposte sets are considered to be used, pretty close to damage type,
the problem with the new stat distribution is only the discrimination to secondary attributes... (e.g. brutality type for mage give less str than how assault type give dex for mage)
