Description problem regarding recipes !!

Many guys like me facing this problem regarding " EVENT LOCK RECIPES" .

They are of any event ....there is no description about they can be craftable after event or not.

It was return always consumable on use .
Its not return "till cooldown time".

So, please "sts " try to be more particular ahead.
