Can someone post a guide about chaos jewels?? :/

I do not understand this jewels. 0,98, 1,14,1,89 damage?? If I have 1009 damage then 1009 + 0,98 = 1.009,98 damage???????

Could a player post a guide about chaos jewel?

I think for example:

Cracked chaos = 1 damage
Weak chaos = 1.5 damage
Standart chaos = 2 damage
Fortified chaos = 2,5 damage
Noble chaos = 15 damage idk

It does NOT add up that way.

It works exactly like the Paracelsus Soul Stone. First para gem gives 5.5 + 2.0 dmg = 7.5 dmg. But you don't get 7.5 dmg on your stats. You get much more than that because the dmg stat is multipled by your bonus dmg.

I'll look for the official post on how dmg gems/jewels work.

You multiply bonus that chaos jewel gives by 5...example: damaged chaos gives 0.6 dmg and you multiply it by 5 so it gives u 3 dmg ( 0.6 x 5 = 3 dmg )

I hope this helps:

1st para gem = 2 dmg + 5 'hidden' dmg (7 dmg in total)
Each para after that = 2 dmg each
Chaos jewel = their respective dmg i.e. crack 0.42, damaged 0.60, weak 0.78 and so forth

To calculate the actual damage increase:

Para/chaos dmg X your character's Bonus Damage (in decimal form) = Actual Damage Increase

Example 1st para:
7 dmg X 4.5 (if your bonus damage is 450%) = 31.5 actual damage *thats why most people say 1st para gives them 30+ damage, because most of them have about 430%+ bonus damage

2nd para:
2 dmg X 4.5 (if your bonus damage is 450%) = 9 actual damage

Weak chaos:
0.78 x 4.5 (if your bonus damsge is 450%) = 3.51 actual damage

Well, all of that are based on my trial and error calculations.

p/s: About the 1st para, some people says the total damage is 7.5, I calculate it as 7 because that's how i remember it. Correct me if i'm wrong.

Dont forget to put pet %dmg bonus at the end of calculation
