best skill set for pve

Just started a rogue and would like to know what y'all think is the best skills for lvling up

Aimed shot 5/5 for sure!
Then depends, cause there is so many builds I'll suggest univesal one.
Noxious bolt. For lvling i prefer to 5/5 and charge it only when i see big group of mobs.
Shadow pierce. 3/5 with heal and hitting 3 targets, very useful. Charge and save potions haha ;-)
Not at all but I'll increase you heal % by 30 ( if upgraded like i said.)
Fourth skill. Razor shield
Upgrade whatever you wanna except bleed for 5, seconds. Useless.
I suggest to upgrade it 3/5 with duration and freedom.
Passives might knowledge agility.
