Some good Gear for Lvl 30

So I'm a pure int mage. Recently made her. What would be some good gear at level 30. I've been looking at the brain freeze but I don't know if that's the best one. I like to kill things. So which would be best for damage? Thanks for your help.

Brain-Freeze with a Iceblast staff is the best level 30 armor for damage.
