Medic pack 5/5.
Shadow Pierce 2/5 with heal
And now nox if you like to use then 4/5 without hitting 6 targets.
If you don't like nox then go for passives.
Use it smart. First buy gear and see ....
If you have too low mana use passive knowledge. If too low HP use might. If too low DMG use agility.
Remember go pure dex.
